- First download iTools is a free software you can download it from here http://www.itools.hk and you don't need to install it
- When download finish you don't need to install it just double click and will start
- When open it will look like this and then go to Information
- Then you have to select Contacts → Backup/Restore → Backup
- Like you see you can backup the Messages, Notes and Bookmarks too
- Then a small message tell you that you backup all your contacts and groups are backuped
- How to Restore
- In the same window select Contacts → Backup/Restore → Restore
- And select the backup you want to restore and click Confirm
- And that's it here is you restored it
- In other way in the Advanced window you can control iPad as you want by Clean up or Reboot or Shutdown from your computer
Some people when they update the iOS they lost the contacts and all the applications they have, I have a small solutions to you but it's powerfull to have a perfect backup use it anytime you want
