- First download iTools is a free software you can download it from here http://www.itools.hk and you don't need to install it
- When download finish you don't need to install it just double click and will start
- When open it will look like this and then go to Information
- Then you have to select Contacts → Backup/Restore → Backup
- Like you see you can backup the Messages, Notes and Bookmarks too
- Then a small message tell you that you backup all your contacts and groups are backuped
- How to Restore
- In the same window select Contacts → Backup/Restore → Restore
- And select the backup you want to restore and click Confirm
- And that's it here is you restored it
- In other way in the Advanced window you can control iPhone as you want by Clean up or Reboot or Shutdown from your computer
